Inspiration

The logo is inspired by Confluence Park on the Southside of San Antonio, the site of this year's symposium event. The logo also features a kayak and paddle calling to the paddling race event also taking place that day. Whooping cranes, bass, and turtle are some of the many creatures found along the San Antonio River and are shown in the logo as well.
